英検で出題される英作文の書き方のコツ(ノウハウ）として、
1) 英作文全体の適正な構成を習得し、その構成の通りに英文を書くこと
2) 汎用的に使えそうな表現のテンプレートを学び、そのテンプレートを英作時に生かすこ
と
3) 少し難し目の語彙をいくつか散りばめること
（但し、減点されない様に自信のある語彙を使う）
4) 必ずしも自分の意見でなくとも良いので、各自の英作力で書ける内容にすること
5) 同じ表現、語彙を繰り返し使わない（多様な構造の英文を書く）
等があります。

上記テンプレート使用の英文例は以下の通りです。
With population shrinking, especially in rural areas in Japan, we have seen growing number of vacant houses pose threat to community safety. Residents are concerned that these old homes may collapse and they get injured. We can not afford to ignore this issue any more.
Authority will encourage young people to move from their parents' houses to these abandoned vacant buildings after their education and to bear their cost of living of their own rather than living with their parents, which will help young people become economically independent earlier.
この英文例を上記のコツ（ノウハウ）と照らし合わせてみると
1) 定型の構成の通りに書く ： この例文は定型の構成の一部である表明意見の裏付け理
由記載のパラグラフで使えます。
2) 難し目の語彙を使う ： テンプレート自体に難しい語彙はないが、その前後に印象に
残る語彙を散りばめる。
can not afford to 自体は英語らしい表現です。
3) 必ずしも自分の意見でなくても良い ： テンプレートに当てはめると表明意見を裏付
ける理由を思いつきやすく、英作文自体の内容
も充実します。
4) 英文構造の多様化に寄与する事 ： このテンプレート自体は 英検英作文の4つの採点基準
のうちの「語彙」部での得点アップに役立つかもしれ
ません。
